FLORAL DESIGNER
Who we're looking for...
South Llano Floral is looking for experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Floral Designers to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with clients and team members to craft floral designs that are beautiful, thoughtful, and tailored to each unique vision! You’ll design a variety of arrangements from everyday occasions to unforgettable celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
Floral Design & Collaboration

Work closely with clients and our team to bring floral concepts to life that reflect the client’s vision while elevating the overall design.

Create arrangements in a wide range of styles—from rustic Hill Country charm to modern, garden-inspired designs.

Help develop and maintain floral “recipes” and design guides for retail, events, and installations.

Stay current on trends, techniques, and products in the floral industry to ensure fresh, innovative work.
Studio & Event Support

Assist with flower processing, organizing supplies, and keeping our spaces neat, stocked, and beautiful.

Occasionally serve on-site for event floral setup and breakdown, ensuring flawless execution and a polished client experience.

Help manage rental items, floral orders, and product usage to align with budget and profitability goals.
What You've Got

At least 2 years of professional floral design experience, with a strong and versatile portfolio.

Deep knowledge of floral varieties, seasonality, design mechanics, and handling best practices.

Strong eye for detail, creative vision, and the ability to adapt to client needs and event settings.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional weekends and event days.​

SHOP KEEPER & FLORAL ASSISTANT
Who we're looking for...
South Llano Floral is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive shop keeper & floral assistant to help lead the daily operations of our charming floral shop. This role is at the heart of our customer experience, making sure every interaction is warm, efficient, and memorable.
As shop keeper, you'll manage day-to-day responsibilities including customer service, order coordination, delivery scheduling, inventory tracking, and maintaining a beautiful and welcoming retail space. You'll be the go-to person for both customers and team members, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and on the sales floor.
